We supply to trade customers and associations which ranges from start-up companies to large multiples, independent businesses fulfilling their own gift basket requirements to schools and PTAs.
 
In a word - no. We appreciate that not everyone wants to purchase all items in case quantities, especially when starting out. To give you the maximum flexibility, we allow you to purchase just what you need with no restrictions. You may choose to order just one of everything on your wishlist to enable you to put together some sample baskets whilst making sure the correct sizes and colours have been selected.
 
All items are available singly at a premium, but once you establish which items best suit your business and are able to purchase larger orders, you can take advantage of the price breaks available to you. You will see these next to each item. Quite simply - the more of an item you order, the cheaper it becomes. Our staff can process your order more efficiently and this cuts our labour time considerably.
 
You will need to register with us to enable your order to be processed. Just click on the 'Register' link at the top of the left hand navigation bar and enter your details. You can then order from the website.
 
 
As a wholesaler our prices are shown without VAT, but all items and carriage are subject to the addition of vat at the current rate of 20%. As some countries are tax exempt, this will not be added to your shopping cart total until you proceed through the checkout. Companies that show prices including VAT are usually selling to the general public rather than trade.
 
We are regularly asked for samples, so to make it easier for our customers to choose from our range most of our items are available either singly or in sample packs. Just order online what you need - we have no minimum order value. There are discounts for larger quantities which are shown next to the item details. Please note, we do not ship free samples. Your order will be treated the same as any other, and this will also apply to the carriage fees.

Please understand that we are wholesalers - not retailers - and therefore are set up to sell in bulk. We offer you the convenience of placing small orders, but our couriers still charge the same to ship them. To ensure the tracability of your goods, we ship the majority of orders via our courier Interlink Express or in the case of very large consignments, Anglia Freight. We will notify you once dispatched via email. Please see list of charges above. Our shipping rates are amazingly competitive, especially to the mainland. We do not profit from your carriage charges - in most circumstances we actually subsidise them. The value of your order may seem small (as you would expect when buying wholesale), but the actual size and weight of your order can be more than you imagine. It isn't usually practical to post via Royal Mail due to the nature of our products as many are bulky and it can be considerably more expensive to ship this way. Where else can you have a pallet full of goods shipped to your door for £6.99 or less?
  
DESPATCH:
We aim to ship your order from our warehouse within 3 working days of receiving it, but please allow up to 7 days, especially at peak times (Oct-Dec). Once dispatched we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address given. When you receive this, you can expect your goods within 1-2 working days. To take advantage of our Next Working Day service, you will need to order before 11am or your goods won't be dispatched until the following day.
DELIVERY:
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday before 6pm by our courier to the shipping address given and will need to be signed for. If no one is in they will leave a card and you MUST contact them direct to arrange re-delivery. They will not leave goods with neighbours without prior instruction, therefore please ensure someone is usually available at the 'ship to' address you give. Goods will not be left without a signature.
 
The vast majority of orders are sent in boxes. We try to be green with this and re-use all cardboard boxes where possible. So if you think your box has been used before - it probably has! Of course this also helps to keep the shipping costs down.
 
Yes we do. Our current brochure is available both for online viewing with turning pages, or PDF file for printing, and finally we can pop one in the post to you. Just go to our brochure page and select which you'd like. You will find all current products and information online.
