Our shipping rates are amazingly competitive, especially to the mainland. We do not profit from your carriage charges - in most circumstances we actually subsidise them. The value of your order may seem small (as you would expect when buying wholesale), but the actual size and weight of your order can be more than you imagine. It isn't usually practical to post via Royal Mail due to the nature of our products as many are bulky and it can be considerably more expensive to ship this way. Where else can you have a pallet full of goods shipped to your door for £7.95 or less?
However, if you are looking for a very small order/samples to be shipped, providing it weighs less than 1kg and you are happy to have them shipped via Royal Mail, please call us to arrange.
* How long for delivery?
DESPATCH:
We aim to despatch to you within 72 hours of your order being processed, but we do ask you to allow up to 10 days for delivery, especially at peak times.
We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address given once your order is despatched. When you receive this, you can expect your goods within 1-2 working days.
DELIVERY:
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday before 5pm by our courier to the shipping address given and will need to be signed for. If no one is in they will leave a card and you MUST contact them direct to arrange re-delivery. They will not leave goods with neighbours, therefore please ensure someone is usually available at the 'ship to' address you give. Goods will not be left without a signiture.
* How do you pack the items?
The vast majority of orders are sent in boxes. We try to be green with this and re-use all cardboard boxes where possible. So if you think your box has been used before - it probably has! Of course this also helps to keep the shipping costs down.
* Do you have a brochure?
Due to the nature of our business, we add new lines constantly which means it is simply not feasible for us to produce a printed brochure. However, you will find all current products and information online and we endeavour to keep the PDF file up-to-date.
